Thanks for getting back to me !
Yes the left tire is loaded and the right is not, and Yes the tractor has a left and a right brake peddle, but they are locked together right now, so I guess the problem is the owner!
I will be going up this weekend, and I will unlock the brake peddals and give it a try, I guess I will have to learn how to drive the tractor all over again

It looks like buy the information I recivied, if one wheel spins, apply some brake to that wheel and the other will take over and do the work.

glad to be of help. hafta get that other tire loaded or get rid of the balast in the other one. probably be more usefull if you loaded up the empty tire.. ttyl

The trick is to apply just enough brake on the wheel that is spinning to keep them both going at once. If you give to much brake on the spinng wheel the other one will spin,and then you're right where you started,one wheel spinning and one doing nothing.
