I have a 1070 Case that has lost reverse and either jumps when you let out on the clutch or bogs down and kills, but it seems to run fine in high range. The clutch has been adjusted and the hydraulic oil level is fine. It also does not have enough hydraulic pressure to lift the wings on a 16 ft. mower when hot. Does this sound like a hydraulics problem or transmission and clutch.
Thanks,

Sounds like you have a powershift tractor. Generaly when it kills the engine or bogs down its a stuck valve in the powershift valve body. May be possible to clean itup and get it to stay freed up. I have been in many others that have had a piston lodged in c2 or c3 clutch packs. So what im saying is could be several things. Hyd get weak when hot sounds like a weak pump no it shouldnt be causing the clutch problem good luck.
