I am starting to restore a case silo filler that is in very good condition and it is complete but almost all of the paint is gone. I need help with the color of the different parts and a souce for the big decal on the back. Any help would be appreciated.

Jerry, the silo filler we had, had a long hopper that went behind a wagon & the blower was driven by a flat belt. Our's was Flambeau Red, with the wagon unloading shaft being green. The lever that controlled the speed of the wagon unloader was also green, (DAR40129) I can't remember what color the wheels were, the only picture I have, has them dug in to level the machine. They may be green too. You also need a BE CAREFUL decal on the blower to pipe transition. The silo pipes were green. I would expect Lyle Wacker could fix you up with decals. Write to him at Route2 box87 Osmond, Nebraska 68765
Good luck
Bruce

Thanks Bruce: This filler that I have is on steel wheels and it was parked with the fill pipe through the silo window. It is belt driven and the corn bundles were tossed on a conveyer chain that fed the bundles into a cutter blade that was also a fan that blew the chopped corn into the silo. Are you located in central Michigan?
