900 Injector pump question

With the help of some of you guys on this board, I finally have a new wet clutch in my old 900 and it is ready to start after 23 years at rest. I tried starting it today and I am only getting fuel out of 3 of the lines from the injector pump. The other 3 are dry. The pump seems to be pumping and there is lots of pressure there. How many lines would need to be open before the tractor would actually run? If I could get it running would whatever is blocking these lines work itself loose? What should I do next. I would like to get it going without having to take the pump off and sending it to an expensive pump specialty shop if I can avoid that. Thanks for your help.

Best to take the lines off and see if they are blocked. If there is bad crud in the lines that can hold against the pump, you sure don't want to push the stuff into the injectors. Try loosening the lines at the pump and you can tell if problem is pump or lines.
