I can't move the steering when there is a load in the bucket. I've done the king pins, the cylinders, pump and the orbital steering. Can anyone help.

What kind of pressures you looking at when checking at the steering cylinders? Have you replaced the steering hoses lately? I've seen these hoses where the ends were over crimped causing a restriction in the lines. Have you replaced the filter in the pump? Did you replace the steering fluid with the correct fluid? As an old Case guy I only beleive in one oil, TCH for the hydraulics and steering, when customers changed the oil type, it gave me more work which I should have been grateful for. Did you overhaul the steering hand pump or did you replace it with a new one? I never seen a rebuilt on work correctly for there was never enough information available to measure the parts for wear to tell when or what part was really bad and only a flow meter will tell if there is internal leakage and to what degree. I didn't ever take the time to hook up the flowmeter for it was more benefitial just to replace the hand pump when everthing else checked out.
