I have a 730 comfort king 1968 with draftomatic 3 point. When I go to raise the arms they don't go up then after a period of time they raise. sometimes if move the handle back and forth it will go up. It seems to have plenty of power when it does go up it will pick up a large round bail at idel no problem. Any suggestions?

Do the remotes work ok? If so, the problem may be in the draft-o-matic control valve under the floor board. They get a piece of debris in them.

There is a strainer in the bottom of the rearend that will clog up and cause the same problems you are describing. You might try draining the oil and running diesel in it and then put in new oil. I had to pull the rear cap off and clean the strainer. Make sure you take off the PTO shifter. It sucks the oil up in the pump and then pushes it thruogh the filter. Email if I can help.

Sounds like your pump is good, but I would check (1) binding linkage to the spool valve, (2) water, moss, or dragons in your hydraulic oil causing a thick sludge that will not flow freely when the oil is cold and will make the valve stick(3) check drain plug in rear end for water (4) if you find water, check gear shift boot for cracks
