You boys in the USA &Canada should use the net more to obtain parts from the UK as i think you get ripped of when it comes to lucas cav parts . they are are easily obtained here. As are most DB parts. Jimc

I own three Brown`s , but my favourite tractor is the little DB 770 with front end loader, building year 1965

Parts are not a problem, electrical is no worse than what is being used today in newer models of any brand. I just put a used engine in a 990. When i got the old one out i scraped 2 inches of mud out of the oil pan. And people wonder why they own a piece of scrap. They would'nt treat their dog like that.

Good. Love the 540 and 1000 rpm pto. With thermostart, should start any day of the year.

We got an old 990 Implematic that is a really nice running tractor. They are very economical on diesel. Strong running.
