On my 1030, the hydraulics are weak or on-existant (after warmup) when trying to dump a full load from the scraper. i've tried swapping hoses and outlets - to no avail. The pump was just replaced, along with the fluid and filter. Could it be a bad pressure relief valve? How do I get to it and what to do when i find it? thanks in advance for the advice.

Will your 3pt hitch pick up a heavy load? It may be getting all the oil and going back to sump.

The 3 point appears to work ok - but slow - it picks up a heavy blade

If short of flow and pressure at 3 pt also I would follow twopops suggestion of checking the relief valve. If the 3 pt worked good I was going to suggest checking the 3 pt valve.

at the back of the 1030 under the fuel tank, there is a bracket that supports the fuel tank.the remote valve is behind the bracket.after you remove the bracket you will see a large nut on the left side of the controller, the reief valve is behind the nut.the valve may be stuck open.you really need a 0-3000 lb guage to put in the remote connector to determine how much pressure the system is making.it should not go above 2200lbs.you may need to put shims in the relief valve to raise the pressure.the spring in the valve may be broken
