How do I remove the seat and center platform section on a 1030? I need to do some cleanup work and adjust the safety switch on the range lever. thanks!

Hello! Your seat suspension is bolted to a casting that is bolted to the platform. remove the bolts on casting, and lift the seat off. The center platform panel is retained by recessed allen head screws. These screws are usally rusted and will snap off!!! Once the panel is removed you will access to your safety switch.

thanks - that did the trick - my bolts came out without snapping and luckily the nuts were still welded onto that bracket
