Well I did what George said and it is located on the right hand side of the dash on the vertical part .and all I found was rivet holes but no tag.some dumb@ss had to pop it off and lose it.I'd like to pop some rivets off in their A .. well enough of that.
Thanks Case Guys..

I will pass on what some very helpfull people told me last week. Serial number plate is around right side of dash piece (dash is 3 sided). Also my 530 has 2 rivets on right side of engine just above oil pan where there used to be a plate. I don`t have any serial number plates either. I have had some mechanics tell me that the numbers should be stamped "somewhere" on the engine block, but I am starting to have doubts that this is true. Good luck and let me know how you come out.

Let's assume two things. One you are new here and the number plate on your CK is gone. How do I know this?, well, there have been discussions of this very subject in the past, so check the archives. On the second point, if it was on the tractor, you would have seen it. If it is gone, the machine number is lost forever. Rummage thru the archives and you will get up to date on this one. But you can still enjoy running that 530CK!! Just watch it, you can really get to like it.
