my case 188d was running then it quit.. wont even start on ether. have fuel and compression. shows a little smoke when rollin over. STOP BUTTON IS IN danged if i know whats the matter with it . think ill go back to gassers...

Since I installed a super-quiet muffler and the gasser doesn't have any fuel oder. I keep forgetting to turn it off when I'm done.....ha ha.. Best wishes, Dennis/Ohio...

Check fuel filters, fuel system bleed, crack fuel line at injectors and crank engine to see if you really have fuel, check air filter. If you have fuel at injectors and compression then it HAS to start. If you have all these it will run, that's all there is to it. Only other thing could be a bad injection pump (possibly stuck fuel shut off control) or busted timing gears. If no fuel at injectors you could have air in fuel system as well.

timing gears injection pump wish i would have left this tractor where i found it i cleaned the air filter before it quit hadnt been done in years by how it looked. stop button looks like it working ok lots of fuel in the tank guess ill crack some lines thanks for the info bob
