my tractor does not seem to have any power when i put it in gear. the clutch does not seem to do anything. i can put it in forward or reverse 1st or 2nd gear with or with out the clutch in. the clutch is very soft it is hydraulic. the tractor was stuck in the snow today and all i was able to do was rock it a little back and forth. does it need to heat up are there any adjustments to the clutch that i can do? do i have to split the case to replace the clutch plates? any info would be great .
thanks.

i found out it is a case o matic with a torque converter it has direct drive and torque drive i am not sure where the filter is or how to check the level. i think it is the unit on the left hand side i'll have to take a closer look at where the hydraulic lines go. if it slips it could just be low oil or a clogged filter hopefully it's not the torque converter. do you know where i can find an after market filter?
