I was wondering what the difference is between a 900 and a 900B Case. Thanks Randy

Maybe I'm a little confused on the rotory vs inline injection system. I have seen later and newer 900's with the inline injecture pump. My 1957 900 has rotary, my 59 has is inline. Where I am confused is whats the difference between the single-plunger American Bosch unit to a multiple-plunger Robert Bosch pump. Guess what I think I'm trying to say is it possible to have an single-plunger in line American Bosch pump on a 1958 900.

On the diesel they changed the injection pump from a rotary style on the 900 to an inline style on the 900B. I think the LPs were the same.

I have a 900 B with the in line pump. Does this mean it is a 59 model. I was told that the in line pump is better if you want to pull a 900 tractor. Apparently you can turn to in-line up to where you can get more power out of it and you can't do this with a rotary. Does anyone know if this is correct?

The 58 and 59s had the inline pump. If you go to previous posts there is one telling you how to turn up the pump
