Can anyone tell me what the horsepower is on 4cyl diesel? Also, will the tractor pull a 4 bottom plow easy? Thanks.

Tractor has 58 hp and will play with a 4 furrow. I have an operators manual if your interested in a copy let me know. That tractor has traction control, works great in tough conditions.

I think that is 'play with', but not 'pull'. Plenty of power, but not usually enough weight. Isn't that what you meant, Elmer?

Yeah it has plenty of power, but the tractor has to be properly balasted to do that job. It may need nose weights. If you need extra traction use the traction control function on the three point hitch and it will pull in heavy draft conditions. I have a neighbour here that has a Ford 7600 and a 4 furrow semi mount plow. His rented land up the road from me was really hard to plow this past year due to drought. He was able to plow the field but his headlands were so hard all he did was spin. I wanted to check my 880 3 cylinder implematic out and brought it down with a 3 furrow mounted plow. I plowed his head lands with traction control. Without it, it would just spin loose on the left wheel.
