All 1030's were row crop tractors, adjustable front axles and rear wheels. The 1031 was the long wheel base. They turned the front wishbone around, made it a shorter wheelbase, and called it a 1032.At one time we owned one of each.

I have a 1032, and it is definately a Western Special. It has a wide front end with an adjustable axle. Can't speak for the 1030 though - I guess that's the row crop version. Hope this helps.
