I have a Case 1394. I would like to add a second hydraulic outlet. Is this tough, and/or expensive? Also, the PTO has a habit of jumping out of gear. Any ideas?

As well as what Elmer said (and he is THE expert) if the PTO unit has been off someone may have not adjusted the screw that holds tension on the spring and ball internal that hold PTO in gear. Most people that does this don't bother to take it all back apart to fix it (real pain, trust me).

As far as the extra outlets, I looked into this and it was going to be REALLY expensive to put in a power beyond block on top of the hydraulic manifold. Only way I could find to do it on the tractor. As I only needed 4 outlets on 1 impliment I added extra outlets to the impliment using electronic valves from surplu ctr, cost less than $200.00 (about 25% the cost of the power beyond block). Worked great. Can email you specifics if you're interested.

I make my own power beyond blocks. That is why i asked if he has a cab. Can use a loader control valve and a power beyond block.

I do not have a cab. It has a four (4) post ROPS. The tractor was owned by a city, and is a 1983 with only 560 hours on it. They have plumbed a set of hoses out of the block that is attached to the hydraulic lever. This plumbing runs to the loader, and a double valve there allows for the loader lift and bucket tilt. I am planning on pulling a baler this summer and

I can help you with a valve but i will have to do some looking for the linkage. You could put another control valve in series with the power beyond and loader valve. I tried to send you an email but it came back undeliverable.

Does your 1394 have a cab? Your pto probably needs a new cog inside if it is jumping out of gear.
