Little scary what with that muffler busted off and layin on the hood. I bet that is what is known as a "parts tractor".

I've got one spotted like that only it has a 6 inch diameter X 12 ft. tall tree growing up in front of the clutch pedal. I'll try to get a pic. and post it sometime.
