Installed a new sender and temperature gauge in this 2090 and the gauge still will not move even after grounding it... no juice to the sender..
any suggestions or solutions / appreciate it

Your problem with the water light could be in the plastic connecter on the right side by the radiator below the alternator, if the connecter is dirty so that it holds moisture it could be sensing current from another wire in the modular connecter, I have seen many of these models where the lite would come on after power washing after a repair and remain on till the connecter dries out, pull it apart and blow it out and reassemble it, it is just above the rt side of the front end casting just behind the radiator. I have another one for you. On my 2090 the low coolant light is on about 80% of the time. Sender didn't fix anything. They tell me it could be a module under the dash. Can anyone confirm this, or have better ideas? Thanks

Get a wiring diagram and see what wires you have to fix. Did you make sure the gauges were getting power?
