I need to replace my trans fluid (milky) as well as my filter. Does anyone have any good hints to keep in mind when I'm doing this? I would also like to locate a maintanence manual for my 1960's 730. Does anyone know where I could find one? Thanks.

You can get away with washing out your filter providing it's not busted.
use reguler hydrualic fluid or CASE IH hy tran you may need to do this a few times to clear it up because when you drain out the CASEing there will still be fluid in the torque.
(just change,run,change,check)

Manuals jen sales
you can do a web search to find him

That comment was a bit of a low blow. That filter on my 930 is a reusable filter. Not sure about the 730 but unless you know for sure these comments are not constructive.
