Hey all,

I posted some of my military tractor photos a few weeks ago- and I've finally gotten around to sorting through my industrial tractor photos and making a gallery for them, too.

Sorry that these are mostly pictures of junkers- but I had to rely on Ebay to find most of the pics. People don't devote much time to industrial models in the collector books.

Since we've been talking about side curtains lately- I'll try to scan the picture of the military LAI and get it posted soon.

I would have really liked to bid on that Case DI with the Hough loader- but it was all the way in California. I think the thing wound up selling for $199! I guess nobody wants to pay to haul a 9,000lb. beast halfway across the country...

It was originally used by the California Highway Dept.

Hope everybody had a good Easter, -Schotte

I have a picture of a 12-20 industrial one of my
cousins owns. E-mail your snail mail address and
I'll send it as I have no way to scan. I can
get more views of it next week when I go to Kansas
where it sits. There was one of these at the Case Expo at Rollag MN in 1992 too.

Thanks for the photos,Mike. They are great.Time to get out with this warm weather and start something up. I have a painted DC4, a running V and a couple of DC4 parts models.Always looking out for more. BIL is in the process of expanding his farmland, the land he is buying has 3 old homesteads, tells me there is all kind of old junk out there, combines, tractors and old implements. Can't really go on the place untill the deal closes around month end. (Got this info yesterday.) I'm as anxious as a kid waiting for Christmas.

Nice pictures Mike!

I've always thought that industrials didn't get the coverage they deserve. You've got a good start.

I've always thought you had a neat tractor there... I like those solid rubber tired CI's with the dual rear wheels, too.

I'd love to see one of those industrial model crossmotors shown in the books as well.

I think that it's time for you to take some more pictures of your tractor! You take 'em, I'll save 'em... (grin)
