How does the adjustment of the injectors on the 830 diesel work? Screw out for more fuel? What should they be set at?

Best to put them on a test stand, the screw is for pressure adjustment. My 930 is set for 2000 p.s.i. the pattern should just be uniform on all injectors. If it is running rough you can unscrew the fuel line at each injector to see if engine is affected. Just like pulling plug wires off a gas engine to check each cylinder. Good Luck

I believe the adjustment on the injectors adjusts the patern of the spray that the injector puts out. The amount of fuel must be changed at the pump.
