Found a 930 ck case o matic the clutch was replaced 7yrs ago and now seems a little soft, not much free play before engaging. Can the clutch be adjusted, how difficult, or should it be replaced. Head gaskets replaced last yr, right axle seal 2 yrs ago, rebuilt starter and has a bushhog loader. asking $5000 Nice looking tractor, clutch has me a little worried.
PTO break no longer works, would that be a problem trying to run baler or mower.

Shawn,

Where you from. Sounds like you might have bought Dad's old 930 at his auction a couple weeks ago. It had the wrong decals on it when he bought it. It doesn't have casomatic but it did say it on the side. Wheat Straw

If there is a clutch, it isn't a case-o-matic. Is there a clevis on the foot control rod someplace that you can adjust?

The CK stands for Comfort King.

The pto shouldn't be too much of a problem, but the mower might just not stop turning. Be careful with it. Do you know that you have to push down on the pto lever to activate the brake? (sometimes very hard. Some tractors, like my 830 cas-o-matic, have a latch to hold it down.)

Do you have a 4 or 6 cylinder engine ? If 4 cylinder, then you have a 730 or 830.
