I have a case 1070 (white colored) that the wiper motor is bad. How to I go about replacing this. Someone told me that I might have to remove the inner cab liner. I want to be sure before I took it down.

Shane is right as that is the correct way to access the motor. Take the top panel off the roof from the outside. Don't mess with the inner liner. You can retrofit a generic automobile or industrial motor as there is room to work with. Be sure to seal the access panel for leaks after you are done. I used plumber's rope caulk and foil tape. worked good for me. Good Luck!

I don't think the cab liner comes down real easy, however I don't think that matters. I am 95% sure you take the top off the cab to get to it and other stuff up there. There is a plate (about 3 foot square) with bolts on the edge that will come off and expose the wiper motor and blower motor. Don't forget to apply some chaulk when reapplying the lid. Hope this helps and I am correct. Shane

I took the top of the cab off and did not see the wiper motor. I wonder if i have to take the plate off of the blower motor housing ,,maybe i can get it then.

I do believe so, if I remember that plate covers almost the whole front area. Good luck.
