I'm thinkijg about fixing up the old brown some and need to know where to get some things.
I would like to find a instrument panel wiring harness with all the wires there and connectors, serial # is 723438,and wiring harness for fenders and all lights.
I realize I can get the wire from an electrical shop and do it myself but I like the harness way better.
I do have one of the shop manuals for this tractor and can't find the other one, been so long, don't know which one I do have.
Would like to find a hood and bonnet for this thing too, with red decals, and rear fender lights also.
Any help would be appreciated.
Kevin.

Where you located, i have a nose and hood for it. The nose piece needs a little work. I will have to see if i have the harness. Iusually remove all the wiring and go to mechanical gauges and do my own wiring on them.

Elmer,
I live in Bedford,IN.zip code is 47421.
What would you have to have for the hood, does it have any decals on it.
What kinda of shape is the nose in,could you send any pictures of the nose.
The wire harness is not a real necesscity,it would just make things easier to hook up,what you you want for it too.
Thanks,
Kevin Jones.

Kevin;

How far is Bedford, IN from the IN/KY state line? I'm in Central KY about 30 minutes north of Lexington. Am also in the process of reworking our 1210. Have you had any luck on locating decals and stickers? Shoot me a reply. Maybe we can share info.

Thanks,

Allen

Allen,
I have'nt had any luck with decals, but one time seems like my brother said something about finding some, ours are the red ones.
If there is a printing shop around you that has the capabilty, they can make some.
What I did on another tractor was I took the hood to them and they laid some sort of wax paper over the decals and rubbed over it with chalk and made like a copy of the letters, then used some kind of a copier and made new decals, they were perfect, and looked great.
Well we went ahead and sand blasted the hood on the brown thinking we could get decals from case and found out we could'nt,so we did'nt anything to trace over, plus since then,Dad dropped a tree on it right where the nose and hood come together and mashed them and the radiator,so got new radiator,Dad beat the dents good enough to suit him, said it did'nt need to look good to run,(LOL).
So I have kinda inherited the tractor now and would like to fix it some, wiring and lights, gauges, instrument panel and so on.
If you happen to be going to Lanesville,IN this year,I should be there on the 13th pulling our two-ten Allis Chalmers, maybe see you there.
