I have found this tractor, it has 5.5x15 front tires. It has 8.3x24 rear tires. The thing that is unusual is that it is only about five feet wide at the rear wheel weights, and it has a snow blade on the front.Does anyone know anything about the story behind this tractor? I would like to know more about it. Thanks Rick

I just bought a 1942 Case DI like yours it real short and stocky but it got lots of power I am now rebuilding it. My tractor was used in the military to pull air planes out of the hangers. It was also used to pull broken equipment into the shop. I am restoring it for the national tractor restoration contest, this is my high school ag project. It will make my tenth tractor to restore. glad to see there are more war time tractors around still.
