Why do all of the implements that I lift tilt back? Can I extend the lift arms to correct this? If so how much should they be extended.

I just found this old post. I hope things worked out for you, but no one ever anwered your real question. The answer is that the stock third point is too high on the tractor. I don't think the solution of using the optional 3rd point that covers the PTO is a very complete solution, since it covers the PTO shaft, which you may want to use!

I just dealt with this problem when I bought a 6 foot 3 Point field mower for my Case 800B Diesel.

I simply added 6 1/4" to the height of the 3rd point on the implement. If you measure everything out, the category 1 3 point gemonetry aims to approximate a 26" parallelogram on that tractor. So, adding about 6 1/4" in height to the implement itself puts all that in pretty close perspective.

There is a mounting bracket that bolts around PTO with 4 bolts. This bracket lowers your centering point for implement pickup. I have a homemade one that does the job if interested. Want $20.00 total that includes shipping. hinesd@pa.net
