Just bought it..... ..
How much does it weigh? Have to have it trucked.
What is the H.P. rating?
Seller said be sure to use DONEX oil???
How many years was the 530 made?

My welder friend said the front spindles? break where it goes up 90 degrees to the cross member.
he has welded several of them.

Cyl. no. 4 has no compression. Is that a common
cyl. to fail, maybe due to poor cooling or...?

What is the small lever on right side of the steering column, under the steering wheel?

I have the book from Case for a 530 with backhoe #31 and loader #42.
Weight loader 7260 lbs plus 150 lbs for torque drive.
weight with backhoe and loader is 11020 lbs with torque drive.
Have not been able to find a HP rating for any engine as yet.
DONEX oil???
Levers ---- Left side of transmission is forward/rev lever Right side of transmission is high/low range speed lever If duel range this is low forward and direct is back. If triple range this is High is forward and toward trans, low is forward and away from trans, and direct is back.
I have the full front axle on the construction model and have only had the rod from the spindle to the power steering unit bend.
As far as the engine I have the diesel and just had the crankshaft break at the no. 4 cyl position.
any other help I can offer let me know.
