Hello guys I just bought a 66 930 6 speed diesel and I am going to replace the fuel filters. I have been talking to friends online about the process of changeing these so I am basically ready to go for it. Mine does have the primer so that should help also what does the by pass or relief valve do? Mine does not have the valve on the top of the filter body for the fisrt 2 filters though it does have a hex head cap on the side in the middle do I loosen that off? I am trying to get all the info before I do this. Thanks guys R Wyler

The only thing you need to loosen is the bleed screw on the top of the filters. just do one at a time starting with the one farthest to the rear and the final one last and you should have no trouble.
