1954 case w/eagle hitch gravity down power up?????

Hello,

Can anyone help, my eagle hitch has hydraulic lift and gravity down, is this the correct application? I know the VAC eagle hitch is gravity down, how about the SC??

If you look at the hydraulic cylinder that opperates the Eagle Hitch you will notice that it is a 2 way cylinder, but the down pressure hose is plumbed into the hydraulic tank as a return line only. So the answer is no down pressure!

We needed to get down pressure on our SC to operate a posthole digger. Took the line from valve to hyd resovour and hooked to top side of hyd cylinder. Good Luck
