Just bought a 1816B Uniloader with 1745 hrs on it. It looks like new !! Guy said the left steering was really touchy. Well when you engage the drive belt lever the loader starts to buck and scares the BaJesus our of you if you are not ready for it. Then it drives okay for a while.
Then it will start bucking again. If you wiggle the levers back and forth it will calm right down. Also, a belt will whine under very heavy load and the belt drive tensioner is screwed all the way in so there is no adjustment left. New belt time ??? But it will dig to China and is a real work horse. Really surprised on what it can lift.

Any ideas ????? ????? ??

Yep it sure does scare the hell outa ya! I've had a 1816b for a couple of winters now and it amazes me how powerful it is! One of Case's finer experiments no doubt, its like flying on the ground!
