The engine oil level in my 580ck is on the rise and I have no idea where it's coming from. The power shuttle fluid level does not change.I believe the hydraulics are seperate...correct me if I am wrong.Anybody have any suggestions?

Its a diesel right. You probably have a seal leaking in the injector pump and you are getting diesel fuel in the crankcase

I agree with the other follow up. It is a diesel and the umbrella seal on the fuel pump is allowing fuel into the crankcase. The bigger question is, how long have you had this problem? If it has been long you may need to check your bearings - fuel in the oil can cause bearing failure. I would suggest that you have someone that knows how to replace the umbrella seal do it for you - it can be a hassle.
