Hi Butch - posted a reply on Friday but it never appeared - I have a 611B as well. I also have the workshop manual and the operator manual. Neither of the publications states the horsepower - all kinds of other specs but no h/p. Mine was running for a while last year after I bought it at auction but has a "water in the oil" problem that I am trying to track down.

I live in Thief River Falls, MN - you anywhere close?

Cheers
Oliver

That can't be right, it has a 377 cu in diesel engine right. That is the same engine that was in a 900 which was over 70 hp. I would think somewhere between 60 and 65 hp would be closer.

The 611B is a smaller tractor of completely different design than 600 diesel you refer to. The 611B is at the top of the small tractor line in the 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 series. The large tracotr line of that vintage would be the 700, 800, and 900 series.

Oliver: hope the water problem is'nt a cracked head or block. Don't know if they have wet or dry sleeves.
