Elmer, My 1200 is loosing power steering fluid somewhere. I don't see any leaks on the outside. Could it be leaking within the system somehow? If the pump seal leaks, can oil get into the engine oil? Also I seem to be having to drive it a lot more now, especially going around a hillside. I have to constantly keep turning the wheel to keep it from wandering. Have any ideas on what could be causing this. Thanks.

Yes oil can get into the engine. The pump shaft seal can hardenup and allow leakage. If you have to over steer on a hill you may have a bad piston seal in the cylinder. The best way to check that is remove the hoses from the cylinder and plug them. Then teurn the steering wheel. If it still turns you have a bad steering hand pump at the bottom of the steering column.
