I have the same kind of plow that I run behind my 1957 300, except mine has a rubber wheel in back.

Thanks for the link and pics, now I see what color it should be.

I have a plow just like this on the farm. I think it is Case Model Number EP22R plow or Model Number EP24R plow. Looks to have the GB-10 or GB-10-L bottoms. You can also get the general purpose bottoms. Just my 2 cents. Have you solved your problem with your headlights for your Case 300? If not, email me. Joe

Does anyone else have the problem I have with finding this site on ebay?? If I type in "case tractor" I get 938 items in the "All Categoies", but not that plow. If I search under "business and industrial" it doesn't show that plow. I have a new computer, christmas, with windows XP in it and don't understand why this happens, have found such search results before. I should ask this under another search I guess. I had a 3X14" behind my case 300. Worked great.

That looks like the same plow I have for my sc. Do any of you guys have any idea what model # they would be? The guy I bought the tractor off of threw in the plows for $50. So I think I did ok on that purchase.
Thanks for any info, jstpa

Old Eb:

I have a VAC with an Eagle Hitch and was interested in finding a plow like this. Does it have some sort of trip or break away feature? It looked like that as those arms over the green cross piece looks like it would come apart.

It looks like it would be a good match for my tractor.

Any comments would be helpful!

Further to your two other answers, yes the trip part separates leaving the plows behind. This is to protect the plow and tractor from damage if you hook a root, stump, rock, etc. hidden under the soil. The plow relatches if you just back up to it and push the pieces together and push the plow back off the obstruction. Lift the plow up, move forward over the object, drop it back down and begin plowing again.

Wow, you all pulling this with an SC must be at high altitudes or pulling in 4th. Our SC pulled the 3 bottom version in 2nd and 3rd. Good ole Texas gumbo, not sand.

Hey fit, You bidden on this plow. you need it for your vac. Do you have sandy siol down there in Folrida. The vac will handle this 2-12 plow very nicely in second gear in most soils. Jump on this thing. I see were there have been a few bids on it. Good look and send me a roasting ear. the coons are to thick here. got about half of mhy garden corn.
have a good one. Wheat Straw

Our '41 SC did not have the eagle hitch. We pulled a 2 18" IH trailer plow. Dad taught me to keep the trip rope under my right butt-cheek, NEVER IN THE MIDDLE! That old rope burns quick when that plow hits a rock and breaks away from the tractor!:^)
