I have been looking for a Case 300 to buy. I finally ran across one the owner will take 1200.00 for. It is the old 300 model with the round front with the eagle. Tin is bent a little but not rusty. The exhaust manifold, drawbar, and grill screen are gone and it does not have the eagle hitch--just the regular swing type lift. It is the low profile model with the heavy front axil. Motor appears to be in pretty good shape and it does not smoke. No triple range there either. Tires are not great but usable for some time. Does $1200.00 seem a little high?

That seems high for a 300. I purchased a 311 about 1 1/2yrs ago and paid $500. Everything was there and the tires in fair shape. Wasn't running when purchased, but I pulled it home and installed a battery and clean carb and ran fine no smoke. Good luck. The 311 has been a good tractor for me.

The price may be a little high. I paid $1,600 for a 311 about a year ago. It has an eagle hitch and a triple range transmission. The grille was all there but the grille frame was broken in three places. The rear tires are badly worn. I hope this helps.

I am fixing my own message. I should have said--- Exhaust elbow broken. Not manifold.
