I have a load of them, but I will try to post a few as I have time. Some I will not have the dealer name for, but will have the owner and when they were in business. I am posting them here in hopes that someone will be able to put a Dealer name with the Owner name and Town. I will list what I have for each.

Walter Gilmer- Whatt, Indiana
Case dealer began 1934
began New Idea in 1936 until 1941
Took on MM in 1942
Case dealer until 1945

Ralph R. Vanette- New Era, Michigan
Handled Deere in the 30"s
Case from 1940-1949

Wm. E. Richards- Hope Indiana
Case dealer 1941 to 1945
IH dealer from 1942 to 1949

Clarence E. Rush- Pocatello, Idaho
Began Case 1939
Took on New Idea in 1941
Contract terminated in 1945 (had no service shop)

Harold Rinehart- Comfrey, Minnesota
Began in 1936
took on New Idea in 1941
took on MM in 1943 gave up MM and New Idea in 1945
took on Ford/Ferguson in 1943
sold out in 1949
Bought back in 1950
Had case throughout.

Hart & Stout- Delaware, Ohio
Began Case 1943
Ended 1946 (during Case strike)

A.L. sletten- Elbow Lake, Minnesota
Began Case line 1944
Also handled Chevrolet and Oliver

John Spring- springfield, Minn
Began business in 1922
Took on case in 1926
Took on New Idea in 1940
Sold out to Harold Rinehart (Another dealer listed above) in the early 50"s.

Schmidt Brothers Motor Co.
owner Ernest W. Schmidt and ?(Brother)
Dealer since 1939
took on case in 1939 or 1940
also carried Ford/Ferg
added MM in 1943
Case Contract Terminated in 1945

A.C. Moehnke- Rochester, Minnesota
Started Case in 1936
Took on MM in 1942 More later!!

Congratulations on being named editor of the OLD ABE'S News! I appreciate the additional names you posted. It looks like MM made a run on Case dealers in 1942-43. There were several in WI that Case told to drop MM or be dropped. Thanks for your help. Don

Jim,
The DO you sent me info about sounds pretty good, but has no orchard tin at all. I would prefer an LP w/tin but I know that will be very hard to find. Thanks for your help!
