I'm looking at gettin one near here. looks in good shape. The paint needs to be preasure washed off, and reapplyed. Nice looking tractor w/ the cast iron styled grille. It's gonna need fenders. I understand they were an option. Has an engine lift, starter, and rear pto. The guy has an extra motor for it also.I never seen one before, and was driving down the road going to the first tractor show of the season, and there it was w/ a for sale sign on it...What do ya think???

That's one of my favorite Cases, especially the ones with the Sunburst Grill. Posted a photo of one in the Tractor Photos on this web site. I don't own one. It has a Waukesha engine, better get all the spare parts he has. Some of the engine parts are a little tough to find.

If the price is right, get it, while the getting is good! You do know they quit making them a few years back!

1940 was the last year they made these, right? Are there any fenders out there for this? I think I'll make him an offer when I get home...

If it is a '40 i believe the fenders, seat ,and maybe even the steering wheel are the same as, if not right off of an S.I am not sure about the RC but i know the front rims on an R are the same as an S also.
