2 point hitch not eagle??

Hi
first off I would like to thank everyone who has helped me out on this message board. you all have been a big help.
The tractor I have been working on is a case DC
# 325565DC It has what i thought was a eagle hitch but it is not. it has to short arms with one hdy cylinder on the left side way down low.
the arms are about a foot lone with about a 1 inch hole on the end. I have pics if anyone would like to see. Im trying to find out what it was used for. any help would be great

you need one more digit in the sr number,look under the screw and find a nother 5 swould make it a 49. what you have is the hydralicy powered lifting bail that was mechanical untill 49 it will lift all mounted implements tom

roch, 5315565 DC-3 was built march 15 1949 and shipped to hamford farm supply, hamford california,march 21 1949, it had adjustable front axle tom

Are you sure you got that serial # correct? Anyway, the hitch you're talking about is the first hydraulic hitch that was used on the D series tractor before the Eagle Hitch came out. Can be adapted to do many things, but it is NOT the Eagle Hitch.
