Fixing up a Case 1194. Need a steering wheel cap, small bottom grill screen, air pre-cleaner element, and an operator's manual. Any Case parts places out there?

Ruscha Machinery in Missouri has used stuff, no precleaners about a month ago. Search on this site shows previous responses to parts source queries, also a guy named Elmer on this board is very knowledgable and has parts. This board has a listing of parts for the 1194 on both the antique side and Todays Tractors side. Type "Case 1194" and "David Brown 1194" on a search engine, should lead to someone listing parts from the AI catalog. By calling them, I found they had a lot more stuff than the catalog showed. EBAY for Parts manuals (important) and the A&I repair book available on this site, lots of other places. The 1194 was made 1983, 1984, they are made of David Brown components (built in David Brown facilities in England, I think) , black running gear with white sheet metal, red wheels, Case colors. The black running gear on mine looks to have been painted red like similar tractors with the David Brown badges, then repainted with the Case black. Case dealer was claiming decal availibility but I keep trying to get a call back on prices and what. These things I have this I've learned in the last two months. Jack

Case took over David Brown in the early 70's, back when the Selectamatics were the models sold. The later of these models were painted in the Poppy red with white bonnet, like the 90 series. Then the 94 series went to the black chassis and white bonnet. The 90 series started about 1980.
We specialise in DB's in New Zealand. We have the 1194 bonnet decals. If you are stuck over there we will probably be able to help you.
Barry.

The serial # on this tractor according to my book makes it a 1984 -which means it should be Case-IH red & black. It is white, black stripes, flambeau red/ orange wheels, been that way looks like since 1983. Could this be the case or Case.

The early 1984's were out before the merger, they had CASE paint. I was told that they took many of them back and repainted them red. Others here on the board will know more about that than me.
