doesnt do it untill you drive it somewhat hard like letting out the clutch quickly..or under a load..works better if you slam it into r to like seat it in further.then seems better..do i have a worn shifter fork? this thing spent alot of time plowing snow with a back blade going in reverse..would like to try to fix it i might be selling it..thanks gregg

This could be several things I'd say the syncros were bad but we all know it doesn't have any so that's out. giggle
Well next thing is to look at the gears to see if they are worn. Then the shifter fork as one person said it could be bent or worn. Next it could be that the ball and spring that hold the shifter in place could be weak or broken. I would say pull the top off and take a good look at everything that's the only way to get to the problem. Walt

maybe the shifter finger is bent juist a little or wore off from use
