1070 loader drops like a stone

I have a 1070 with a case loader. It work good when lifting but when you go to set it down it drops with no restriction. I thought about putting a flow control valve in the circuit but there should be a better way of doing it. Any Idea's

You could get a restrictor fitting for each cyl. John Day or Tractor Supply, etc. ,will have them.

I bought a parker variable flow control valve for mine I had screwed up my relief valve twice. Tom
