Thanks everyone that either directly helped or had a post in here I used for ideas in the reworking of my 1978 DB Case 1210 Transmission - Baz for advising not to give up before starting - DCTom on year and engine identity - still need some general decals after cleaning and paint but she has a new dress now!! Lowell my parts guy in Michigan a BIG thanks - dug threw a bunch of info with him. Not smart enough to post a picture here so I will put one in the picture section with same title - Wally

You did a nice job. Keep the U-joints in the front axle well greased. They are deadly expensive to replace.

Thanks Elmer I had heard that a couple times, so I make sure the grease is evident around em!!! Got to do some mowing with her today and couple acres of plowing done too - had to quite early for B-Day cake the wife made me!! Wally
