No problem. Remove the driveshaft. Remove the square plate that holds the splined shaft that fit into the frontend of the driveshaft. There's the clutch, pressure plate, and throughout bearing. Take the cover off the bottom of the bellhousing. Unbolt all that stuff and replace it. If it's slipping it's the clutch. If it's shuddering it's the pressure plate. I'd replace them both and replace the throughout bearing too. The hardest part is getting that little grease tube back in the throughout bearing. If you don't get the thing in there just right it'll get eaten by the mechanism. Don't make the same mistake I did by thinking that a ten inch Chevy clutch would be fine. I mean it's so much cheaper and it fits so fine. But the first time you put a load on it, it will spin the center out of it. I just got a new set of rails and pads for my 310 for $1600.00. We bolted the pads on to save $150.00. Next I'm going to bug my wife for new sprockets. Sometimes I wonder if she realizes just how important good sprocket are on a person's bulldozer?
