Thanks for the comments. I do not have E-mail yet at the ranch but will soon have it. I have been using the Case and it is doing a good job.

Thanks, Alex

Start it up and go to work. Skid loaders are one of the most useful machines out there. Run the engine at full throttle. They feel alot more unstable than they are but keep the bucket low anyway. Nothing special on maintenence except to do it regularly. Smoothing is better done in reverse ie back blading. If you don't have teeth on your bucket or a tooth bar you won't be digging. Wear your seatbelt, don't get out while engine is running, make sure all safety interlocks are in working order. Keep the lift arm pivots lubed. Fisheye mirrors are pretty handy. Don't work around children, or adults who aren't involved in what you are working on. Wear hearing protection. Clean the hydraulic connectors before coupling. The more you spin or turn on rock and pavement, the more you spend on tires. Diesels like clean air and fuel. You will wonder how you got along with out it.
Enjoy
Chuck
