Has anyone ever put aftermarket tracks on a 310 crawler? I was told you can use a 350 aftermarket tracks (rails) and they will work on a 310. Has anyone did this and how did it work out?

Thanks Mark

We just bought a new set of Italian made aftermarket chains for our mid 1960's 310. We ordered directly for the 310. We got them from a place in Germantown, NY., and they were about $650 a side. We also found a place in the midwest called Allparts International that stocks undercarriage parts for about half the cost of dealer (ie. sprockets and rolls).

The place in Germantown, NY is called D.A.W. Pro-Track. Their number is 1-800-237-7054. They do complete undercarriage rebuilding for anything with tracks. The Burco part number for the Case 310 chain is CA 307/33 (33 links). Allparts International is now somehow affiliated with Southworth-Milton. You can get lower cost generic parts there if there is a Southworth-Milton near you.
