On my side of the pond we call that piece that has come off the pin boss,to repair that I would take the pin and the old boss to the machine shop and have them make me two bosses, check to see that the inside one is the same width,if not measure it and get the other made to suit, you will only need one hole for the keeper bolt for the pin,you need to tell the machine shop that you will be welding the bosses in and he will leave the right clearance to allow for shrinkage, the pin it self should not turn in the boss,it turns in the bush which will be inside the arm,the end of the pin in the picture looks ok but the pivot area cannot be seen, check the pin for play in the arm when you have the bucket off, replace the bushes if they are worn and the pin if needed, make sure that the grease is getting through,if you are welding in the new bosses yourself, put the two into thier respective holes and put the pin through both to keep them in line, tack the bosses in making sure the pin stays free and then weld them up,bucket on,grease pins, job done.
