case 350 crawler dozer

Never done brakes in a dozer. Whats involved. I was told the whole rear end has to remove to get to them. Does anyone know where i can get a sept by step instruction from? Thanks

I took everthing apart and it appears that the brake were good. There was about 1/4 inch of pad left. It looks like whoever put the brakes in didn't ajust them right inside. We ajusted them and the machine has alot more pedal then before.

Doesn't the Case 350 have the old Clark transaxle, same as used in the Cletracs and Terratracs? Just to differential brake banks that come out the back pretty easy.

Hey alesv, I have done the brake bands on my 350. Rear cover is removed and the bands come right out the back. Be sure to use the right oil.

GL 1 oil i sell shop manual for that machine also remember to take the drawbar support off you can roll the bands right out much easier without bending them up. email me for my web site
