Doeas anyone have info to determin the wear limits on the bottom rollers? As of now they are cutting into the pins on the track and the bottoms of the bushings are wore through to the pin.I don"t know if if its just from the links wearing to this point or the rollers need replacing as well as the chain.
Thanks Vinnie

Hey alesv, The outside dia. of the roller is 7.375", the inside dia. (where the chain touches)is 6.0625" and the width of the roller (between the outside lips of the roller- where the chain sets) is 4.375". It sounds like your tracks are worn out. I replaced the tracks, rear drive sprockets and 2 rear rollers on my 350 a few years ago and it was worth it. I bought Berco parts from a local dealer and had them load my truck. The Case parts were about 50% more from the Case dealer.

If the bushings are wore through, you've probably got a lot more problems than just needing rollers, sprockets, and pins and bushings - IF you are talking about a 350 Deere. They have poorly designed track-frame systems and get worn or broken something awful. That's especially true with the later Bs and Cs that use "floating" track-frames.

The dozer is a case crawler the links have been wore over about 1/4 past the 100% limits. I think that its the origanal chain and the bushing have never been turned. I seen the tall ridge of the rollers is cutting into pins on the outside of the links. What more can I look for to prevent this from happening?
Thanks Vinnie
