I have a 3-point hitch conversion which works off of the cultivator rockerarsm to the front (not a 2-point conversion). I use a Woods RM59 3-Point hitch mower and it works like a champ. No problem lifting or power to pull it. I just wish I had a 6ft Woods Mower for my Super-C.

I've seen several Cs and Super Cs advertised for sale with belly mowers. I suppose you could get a new belly mower for a C from a Woods Dealer. Woods makes kits for their belly mowers to fit about any tractor.
