Well, we managed to drain about 4 gallons of water out of her, replce the plugs cap and wires, and get her started enough to get her on the trailer. Carb floats are stuck. Choke won't move. Shes about 6 inchs to wide for the trailer. The Hydralic filter was totally plugged. A new filter and fluid and the hydralics cycled one time then stopped. I am thinking we got the junk out of the reseviour but as soon as I cycled the loader the junk in the cylinders plugged the new filter. Its either that or the hydro pump is shot. I am trying to figure out what the loader is on it. Maybe a Farmhand F-19? anyone know? The spinoff wheels are useless on it unless I remove the loader and they can't be moved in from their current location without hitting the loader.

Gary: Sounds as though the work has only begun. If in fact it pulled more dirt into the new filter, it going take some work to get that out of there. Carb and choke control will just take some rebuilding.

I don't know the loader. I realize the tractor probably wasn't running exceptionally smooth, but did you get any kind of a feel on the condition of the power train?

Judging by the feel of the exhaust while it was cranking, it has fairly good compression. Started up and ran without smoke. Even ran fairly smooth considering gas ran out the carb in a steady stream when it stopped. Governor seems to work like it should. Tranny seemed tight and clutch felt normal. It moved fine, brakes worked like they should. (suprise) Even the tac worked. I agree, it may take a while to get all the gradue out of the hydralic system, but that beats a new pump. LOL
